TERMS & CONDITIONS – IDEAL’S SOUQ AUSTRALIA QURBAN 2025

1.⁠ ⁠General

•⁠  ⁠This Qurban 2025 program is organized by Ideal’s Souq "Organizer".
•⁠  ⁠Participation in this program is open to all Muslims who wish to perform Qurban for the year 1446H / 2025.

2.⁠ ⁠Registration & Payment

•⁠  ⁠Registration is only confirmed upon full payment by 1st June 2025.
•⁠  ⁠Registration will be closed on 31st May 2025. The organizer will inform you if there are any extra slots for booking.
•⁠  ⁠Payments are non-refundable unless the Organizer is unable to fulfill the Qurban.
•⁠  ⁠The Organizer reserves the right to reject any registration due to incomplete payment or information.

3.⁠ ⁠Allocation & Distribution

•⁠  ⁠Each Qurban share is based on 1/3, 2/3, full portion or distribute all to needy.
•⁠  ⁠The meat from the Qurban will be distributed to eligible recipients in the designated areas, including the poor and needy in Singapore.
•⁠  ⁠Participants may not choose specific recipients unless otherwise stated.

4.⁠ ⁠Slaughtering

•⁠  ⁠All animals will be slaughtered in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
•⁠  ⁠Slaughtering will take place during the permitted days of Eid al-Adha (9 June 2025).
•⁠  ⁠The Organizer will provide proof of slaughter (mass photos) where applicable.
•⁠  Due to Australian animal welfare regulations, video recording within the abattoir is discouraged. Our appointed proxy will attempt to capture photographs of the animals and processing procedures, where feasible, while adhering to all necessary protocols and guidelines.

5.⁠ ⁠Location of Slaughter

•⁠  ⁠Qurban will be carried out in Perth, Australia.

6. Delivery of Qurban Meat

•⁠  ⁠Estimated delivery date for Qurban meat is (15 June 2025)
•⁠  Customers will be notified in advance prior to delivery.
•⁠  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the Qurban meat.
•⁠  Incorrect address, last minute address changes, or no-show upon delivery will incur an additional $30 fee for rescheduling and recurring delivery.
•⁠  Customers cannot request specific delivery time slots, as delivery will be arranged by location and based on logistics. Delivery will take place throughout the day.

7.⁠ ⁠Responsibility & Liability

•⁠  ⁠The Organizer will take all necessary steps to ensure proper execution of the Qurban.
•⁠  ⁠However, the Organizer is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or logistical issues.

8.⁠ ⁠Agreement

•⁠  ⁠By registering and making payment, participants agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
•⁠  ⁠The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with prior notice where possible.
